What do you need to review a funding request?
Typically two years of business financials or tax returns, a current interim statement, a vendor quote or purchase agreement for equipment, and an accounts receivable aging report for working capital. Smaller requests can often move with less.
Do you finance used or specialized equipment?
Yes. We fund new and used equipment, including specialized machinery, provided we can value it and it holds secondary-market demand. Older or highly customized assets may require a larger down payment.
Can start-ups or younger companies qualify?
Companies with at least 12 months of operating history are usually considered. For newer businesses we look closely at owner experience, projected cash flow and available collateral.
Are there prepayment penalties?
Our standard programs do not include prepayment penalties. Certain fixed-rate real estate structures and government-backed programs may carry stepped fees, which are always disclosed in your term sheet.
How fast can funds be released?
Invoice advances can be released within a day of approval. Equipment financing typically closes in one to two weeks once vendor documents are in; real estate takes longer due to appraisals and title work.
Will you work with our existing bank?
Absolutely. We can sit alongside your primary banking relationship, finance specific assets without disturbing your line, or take a subordinated position where appropriate.
